The staff at your Not-for-Profit organization works hard to raise money for your programs and you strive to stretch every dollar to achieve its maximum potential. Receiving “in kind” donations of needed items is always a help, but they can be difficult to source and may be cumbersome to store until they are needed.
Worldwide Inventory Network (WIN) is a not-for-profit organization that distributes excess new merchandise to member organizations for a fraction of the retail cost with NO MEMBERSHIP FEE. To qualify, please review the procedures to the right and click the “Join Now” button to join the thousands of schools, churches, social service agencies, city and county governments and other not-for-profit organizations that have benefited from WIN’s charitable distribution system.
Once your account is active, we’ll keep everything on file and you can receive brand new merchandise at a fraction of the normal cost. If you are in the St. Louis area, we encourage you to drop by during normal business hours. We are busy adding items daily, but hundreds of other items are available only in person until we can photograph and catalog them all.

When will another shipment arrive?
WIN is dependent on its corporate donors to send the items which are distributed to not for profit organizations. A few donors send on a regular basis, but most send excess inventory only a few times each year. Each shipment may not contain items which you have received from WIN in the past. WIN is not able to “back order” an item, and maintaining a waiting list is not feasible. Please check with us periodically to see if we have the items you are looking for.
Why do you charge a shared management fee?
While all of the merchandise is donated, WIN still incurs a number of expenses for occupancy of warehouse space, utilities, insurance, personnel and etc. There are also certain marketing costs for items such as this web site and frequent mailings, both to potential donors and not for profit partners. To recover these expenses, WIN charges a small shared management fee based on the value of the merchandise. It is always less than one third of the retail price, and most times much, much lower.
How do I receive a donation from WIN’s inventory?
The easiest way is to complete the online application by pressing the "Join Now" button to the right. We may request additional information such as a copy of your IRS determination letter or state-issued tax exempt status as well as a letter on your organization’s stationery advising the names of individuals in your organization authorized to receive merchandise. Once your free membership is verified and on file you can select items online, but if you are in the St. Louis area, you are always welcome to visit the WINwarehouse during regular business hours. You can also fax your requests/purchase orders to (314)385-7120 and we will ship your merchandise promptly via UPS.

Step 2: Qualify
Our Customer Service Staff will verify your organization’s status as a not-for-profit organization qualified to receive donated merchandise. We may contact you to request additional documentation such as an IRS determination letter, a state issued tax exemption or a letter on your organization’s stationery. We will e-mail you when your account is active - usually within one business day.
Step 3: Request
Navigate our catalog to find items which will help further your mission. Add them to your online cart and complete our easy check-out system.
Step 4: Receive
You should receive your items via UPS within just a few business days!
